Payments
How can I pay for my order?
You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout, which includes credit/debit card or bank transfer. Our store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also use online payment methods like Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For local customers, we offer bank transfer options.
Is my payment data safe?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. Your payment data is handled quickly, easily, and securely.
I can’t complete my purchase with a credit or debit card, what should I do?
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account. Other issues may be with your billing address or your 3-digit CV2 number. If all the details you’ve entered are correct, please contact your bank for further assistance. You are also welcome to use any other payment methods available at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to deliver my order?
The expected duration is between 7-8 days,though this may vary depending on the product you have chosen. For customized abayas,production time is typically 10-12 business days, and domestic shipping within the UAE can take up to 2-5 business days after that. If 14 business days have passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide using (company delevred name ) for reliable and efficient international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders, and shipping rates may vary.
How much does shipping cost?
The standard shipping rate for all cities across the UAE is AED 30. Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders over AED 500.
How can I track my order?

Orders
How do I buy?
To buy our products, simply add them to your cart by clicking “add to cart” on the product page. You will then have the option to continue Browse or to proceed to checkout. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved for you and are available to other customers until the order is placed.
Why was my order canceled?
We may be unable to process your order if the provided phone number for order verification is incorrect or if an item goes out of stock.
How do I cancel my order?
An order can only be canceled within 1 hour of the purchase. For cancellations, please contact us directly on bestylie.ae@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +971 54 755 5010. The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and you should allow a certain number of days for the refund transfer.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days, we cannot offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For returns, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrong size, please contact us within 5 business days (Saturday-Thursday) of receiving the item, and we will gladly replace it. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to qualify for an exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and in a salable condition. Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
